As a first step, we recommended they purchase a single unit for testing. However, after carefully evaluating the product, the client surprised us by placing an order for more than 20 units, including 14 units of 13 horsepower and 8 units of 40 horsepower motors. This bold decision was a clear sign of their trust in both Sinooutput and the quality of our products.

To further ensure the client’s confidence, we provided them with detailed maintenance manuals for both the 13HP and 40HP motors. This transparency allowed the client to better understand the products’ features and maintenance needs, reinforcing their trust in our commitment to long-term support and quality.
As the client grew more confident in our products, they proceeded to place an additional order for over 40 accessory items. In total, the order amounted to an impressive $163,600—an endorsement not only of our products but also of the reliability and support we provide.

The shipment was successfully delivered to Kenya, and the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. The outboard engines performed flawlessly, exceeding the client’s expectations. What truly made this story special was the fact that the CEO of the client company was so pleased with the performance of our motors that they have decided to gradually replace all of their fleet’s engines with Sinooutput’s outboard motors.
