02 · New Mold, No Extra Charges
To ensure the ladder met the highest standards, we created a new mold specifically for this product, and we didn’t charge Mr. L for the mold fee. This was our way of showing support and sincerity to a first-time customer.
In the end, we completed the production ahead of schedule and treated the ladder with a delicate oil finish to enhance its appearance. Mr. L was extremely satisfied when he received the ladder and, shortly after, placed a continuing order with us.
